Certificate II in Community Services

Introduction

Serving the community is more than a job, and passionate, committed community services workers are more than mere employees. They are game changers.

If this is you, you’ve come to the right place. Here is where you start to build the skills and experience needed for a successful and fulfilling career. Now is when you start to make a difference … to yourself and others.

Typically, there are two major pathways stemming from this qualification. You can use it as a bridge to further study (a Certificate III or IV) or as a pathway into volunteering and other support roles within the sector.

As awareness grows, attitudes shift and the community’s needs grow ever more complex; savvy and compassionate community service workers will be needed more than ever. This course helps to get you in on the ground floor, and from there, kickstart a rewarding career.
