How do I enrol for a course/qualification?
Enrolment into all qualifications starts with a conversation. Click on this link (Contact Us) and complete your details. One of our staff will contact you to organise your enrolment.
How long do the courses run?
Every course has its own duration. Having said that, Certificate II and III are generally 6 months full time; and Certificate IV and Diploma generally run for 12 months full time. Part time is considered twice the duration. There are variations on this – check out each course for details under the duration section for specific details.
Is there someone I can talk to about the course to ask questions?
Yes, you can. Click on the link (Contact Us), complete details and one of our staff will contact you to answer your queries.
Where can I find more information about the outlines of the courses?
Click on the course on which you would like more information and expand all the tabs for all the information regarding the course, including, introduction, overview of the course, job roles, deliver mode, assessment requirements, units of competency, fees and duration.

Do I need to purchase anything additional?
This will depend on which course you enrol into. For all online courses, you will require a computer and internet access to complete your studies. Some career pathways require a National Police Clearance – any requirement for this is explained on each course page. Unless specifically stated, we do not fund this activity. Otherwise, generally speaking, you will not require any further resources to complete your course.
