Certificate IV in Employment Services

Introduction

If you want to train for roles in the Employment Services sector, ask someone who is already in the sector. Here at Interskills, this is our area of expertise. It’s what we do every day.

Working in tandem with our parent company (WISE Employment) we have identified three strong job pathways stemming from this qualification:

  • consultant with a DES (disability employment service)
  • consultant with a non-DES (eg jobactive)
  • a business development officer working for either

Further opportunities exist throughout the employment and related sectors, and demand for qualified, highly skilled professionals is expanding.

Beyond your own career potential, a role in employment services can be deeply rewarding. For most of us work is a big part of life, but in today’s world the job market can overwhelming. This is where you can make a huge impact, bringing about positive, real world change in people lives.

Ultimately, your job is helping people create the best possible work/life balance; which is no ordinary job.
